1. Digital Service Nature
Because ZA Tech Support provides digital and remotely delivered services, all sales are final once work has commenced.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund: Available if the service has not yet started and the customer requests a cancellation.
Service Failure: If we are technically unable to deliver the purchased service due to an error on our part, we will review the case and may issue a partial or full refund where appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Once remote support work has begun or the service (such as a digital setup or code) has been delivered. If the customer provides incorrect device information or incompatible hardware that prevents service delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
